These SMS Terms & Conditions cover the text messages sent by One Way Insurance. When you opt in to our text program, you're agreeing to what's described here — so please take a moment to read it before giving your consent.
Your SMS Consent
The phone number you give us as part of opting in is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Your consent is yours alone, and your privacy stays protected.
Types of Messages You May Receive
Once you've opted in, the texts from One Way Insurance generally fall into three categories:

"Hello [Name], this is [Agent] with One Way Insurance, following up to make sure you received the coverage details we discussed. Questions? Reply here or call (646) 384-5570. Reply STOP to opt out anytime."
"Hi [Name], a courtesy note from One Way Insurance regarding your recent billing or payment question. For help, call us at (646) 384-5570. Reply STOP to opt out anytime."
How Often We'll Text You
The number of texts you receive depends on the type of communication, but we keep it minimal.
A maximum of 2 SMS messages per week, related to your account, appointment reminders, follow-ups, or billing. Message frequency may still vary.
Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply, based on your carrier's plan. Rates can differ for domestic and international messages, so check with your mobile carrier for specifics.
